Heritage Circle

Donors who make a legacy gift commitment to Partnership With Native Americans or a restricted PWNA program are included in the Heritage Circle. As a member of this prestigious donor recognition society, you'll have access to regular updates on our programs through our quarterly newsletter and the President's update. You will also receive a beautifully framed, Native-made artwork acknowledging your admission into the Heritage Circle. This artwork is a small token of our sincere appreciation in honor of your legacy gift.

Symbolism of the Heritage Circle The Medicine Wheel, sometimes known as the Sacred Hoop, has been used by generations of various Native American tribes for health and healing. Different tribes interpret the Medicine Wheel differently, but many embody the Four Directions of East, South, West and North as well as Father Sky, Mother Earth, and Spirit Tree-all of which symbolize the stages of life: birth, youth, elder, and death. Each of the Four Directions (East, South, West, and North) is represented by a distinctive color, such as black, red, yellow, and white. The directions also represent aspects of life: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical and elements of nature: fire, air, water, and earth.
